How do I book a shoot?
If you are interested in booking a photo session with me, please direct message me through my Facebook or Instagram page. Alternatively, you are also welcome to email me at k.vroonphotography@gmail.com.

Do you offer payment plans?
I do offer payment plans for all of my photo session packages. I require a 25% retainer fee to book your session, after that I am able to do payment plans with the last payment due before your gallery is ready to be delivered.
Do you travel?
I'm always ready for another adventure, whether it's hopping on a plane or jumping into a car I'll join you at your favourite destination. From beaches to mountain tops - let's make some memories to last a lifetime! email or DM me for details!
What is your typical turnaround time for galleries?
My typical turn around time for galleries is 2 weeks. During busy season I may sometimes require an additional 1-2 weeks. My wedding packages have a turnaround time of 10-12 weeks.
What payment methods are available?
I currently only accept cash and e-transfer!
Can I bring my dogs?
Absolutely! Our dogs are a huge part of our family and they are always welcome at photo sessions as long as they are leashed and it is a dog-friendly area!
How many images will I receive?
Depending on the package you can expect to receive 10-15 edited images! Your gallery will include all the edited photos from your session. Extra digital files are available for purchase as well!
Can we meet you before book?
Absolutely! I offer a free in-person, telephone, or video call so we can chat and get to know each other a little better!
What should we wear for photos?
I always recommend wearing something that you feel most comfortable in. Dress for the occasion as well as the weather! Avoid wearing white, logos and ballcaps if possible! Check Pinterest for inspiration and always feel free to reach out to me and ask my opinion!
What if we need to raincheck or cancel?
If the weather is non-cooperative, I will work with you to reschedule our session together. If you find you need to cancel your session, I ask that you contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss further.
Do you give us all the RAW files?
No. RAW files are not available to clients. I always wish for my work to be showcased in its best state. All clients will receive high quality jpeg images with their sessions.
What's in your camera bag?
I currently shoot with a full frame mirrorless Canon R6 MK II as my primary camera with a full frame DSLR Canon 6D MK II as a second body. I have an array of lenses from primes to zooms to capture every angle of your story!
Can I book a "mini session"?
I usually offer a few mini sessions days a year! Usually autumn and winter minis and sometimes spring/Mother's Day minis. If you are interested in booking a mini session day please DM or send an email and I can add you to my contact list regarding any upcoming mini session days!
Can I purchase additional images from my gallery?
Always! Single download of extra digital files are $18/ea. with options to purchase the full gallery for $200!
